Crowd Pleaser Pancakes

I've got my eyes on the prize today. What's the prize you ask? Oh, well, Saturday! I love Saturdays with the family band. And so I am doing the only logical thing for a Thursday, planning Saturday morning breaky.You will be pleased to know I have finally nailed down my go-to pancake recipe and am so excited to share it!20140220-094428.jpg 

Crowd Pleaser Pancakes Recipe

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 c. Milk
  • 2 tbsp Veggie Oil

In a large bowl mix your dry ingredients well. Then add wet ingredients, but don't over mix!!! You're looking for a chunky-ish batter. It will make your pancakes fluffy and tasty and lovely. Then fry 'em on up and serve them hot! With LOTS of butter and real maple syrup. And don't forget the bacon!!Hope you enjoy. What's you're go-to Saturday recipe?
